Floors for a Planned Health District

Epoxy flooring in Lake Nona fits a community planned from scratch. This 17-square-mile, mixed-use development inside Orlando's city limits holds Lake Nona Medical City, including the UCF College of Medicine and the UF College of Pharmacy. Research and healthcare buildings have strict cleanliness needs, and their support spaces are where coated concrete earns its keep.

Lab and clinic support spaces

Storage rooms, equipment areas and service corridors need floors that do not shed dust and can handle disinfectants. A seamless epoxy coating with coved edges is easy to clean and has no seams for dirt. We can plan low-odor products and off-hours schedules for occupied buildings.

Brand-new garages

Lake Nona went from about 1,500 residents in 2000 to more than 50,000 by 2015. Most homes are recent builds, and new garage slabs often carry builder sealers. We grind those away, test moisture and then coat. Chips sealed under polyaspartic suit these new houses because the result looks finished and is simple to keep clean.

Tennis and active living

The USTA National Campus sits in the Lake Nona Central neighborhood. Plenty of residents keep rackets, bikes, golf carts and fitness gear in the garage. A textured topcoat gives grip when shoes are wet, and light colors brighten a space used as a home gym.

Close to the airport

Lake Nona lies southeast of Orlando International Airport. Service businesses and storage buildings near the airport need concrete floor coating that handles carts and spills, and we can phase the work to limit downtime.

Matching the newer look

Newer homes often have clean, modern finishes inside, and many owners want the garage to match. A single base color sprinkled lightly with chips, or a one-tone metallic in a home office or flex room, can carry that look through. We talk through how each option holds up to tires and tools before you choose.
